How Delivery Works
Order Placed
You complete your purchase and receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Processing (1–3 days)
Our team verifies your order, packs your items, and prepares them for dispatch from Savannah, GA.
Dispatched
Your order ships and you receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.
In Transit
Your package travels via our carrier network. International orders pass through customs at the destination country.
Delivered
Your order arrives at your door. For large items, our carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.
What Affects Delivery Times?
Delivery estimates are based on a combination of factors. Here's what determines how long your order takes.
Destination Country
The further from our Savannah, GA warehouse, the longer the transit time. Domestic US orders are fastest.
Product Type
Standard products ship within 1–3 days. Large or quote-based items (EVs, solar systems, bulk orders) may have a 7–21 day lead time before dispatch.
Customs & Clearance
International orders are subject to customs inspection in the destination country. This is outside our control and can add 3–10 days.
Shipping Method
Standard shipping is free and uses economy carriers. Express shipping uses priority couriers (DHL, FedEx) for significantly faster delivery.
Peak Periods
During high-demand periods (Black Friday, holidays), processing and transit times may be slightly longer. We'll notify you of any delays.
Payment Confirmation
Processing only begins after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
